PS3, 8 Face, No Rear, Sanwa JLF Stick, Seimitsu Clear over Black. Switch located on rear which changes function of two buttons located on the far right. In position 1, they operate as L2 and R2, in position 2, they are start and select. When pressed together, you have the home button. First of it's design, by me anyway.
