I will go for a regular extension, just to use the headset normaly. The bottom is actually already in in this picture. It's plexi. :-) And I now, the wiring is quite a mess... Didn't have the means to arrange the cables nicely. :-(

ah interesting. Currently I'm searching for pretty solution to wire the headset jack, too. Where do you want to place it? Do you want to use one or two (one extra for mic, one extra for speaker) connectors? Whar are you going to use as bottom? Bye, Jochen

Hehe, ich weiss@Daumenstöcker. At first, I wanted to take away the joysticks of the pad, but as I realised that they keep the pad well in place... well, I left them. I have to wait for a 2.5mm extension-cable for the head-set jack, so I didn't want to screw the pcb yet, so that comes in handy. And yes, I am also a lazy bastard. :-) And yeah, Harry Potter books are really usefull for this kind of work. *grin* Thanks for your feedback!
